GRANULAR
ABSORBENTS

Loose absorbents are recommended for cleaning a surface by capturing

large soils or liquid spills and being swept up for disposal.

Perlite

A white premium ultra-light, non hazardous, dust free universal absorbent that holds more liquid than standard clay absorbents, reducing disposal cost.

Peat Moss

An all-natural loose and non-abrasive absorbent that only absorbs oil and not water. Great for oil spills on or near water to only pay for disposal of the weight of the oil.

Vermiculite

A yellow or brown light weight, non hazardous universal absorbent that holds more liquid that standard clay absorbents, reducing disposal costs.

Clay "Kitty Litter"

A clay-based universal absorbent "Kitty Litter" used for oils, greases, solvents, water, acid, paints, ink, chemicals, and other liquids.

Sweeping Compounds

Sweeping compound is recommended for use while sweeping to capture dust during the process. Dust usually becomes air born during the sweeping process and re-settles on the clean floor or on other surfaces being stored nearby.

Mineral Oil

with Sand (Red)

Mineral oil sweeping compound with sand is a heavy duty economical product suitable for all unfinished concrete or epoxy floors not damaged by oil leaving a nice sheen after.

Eco-friendly Soy Bean Oil

with Sand (Red)

Sometimes referred to as Glycerin base or a USDA Bio preferred sweep and is deemed by the state of Minnesota to be better for the land fill. However it is less effective than standard mineral oil for dust suppression.

Paraffin Wax Oil

Non-Sand (Green)

Paraffin wax oil  sweeping compound without sand is a premium product suitable for all finished floors such as wood, vinyl, tile, terrazzo, varnished, waxed, or finished floors.
